For valuable consideration, including the right to participate in the Bradbury Science Museum’s Living with Wildfire public education project, I hereby grant to Los Alamos National Security (LANS), as operator of Los Alamos National Laboratory under contract from the United States Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), its successors and assigns (collectively “Laboratory”), the absolute right and permission to copyright, publish, broadcast, distribute, perform, display, post on-line, or otherwise use, reproduce, and disseminate my name, voice, and image on and in connection with:
I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save harmless LANS and the DOE/NNSA from any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with such use, including, for example, any claim based on defamation, libel, right of publicity or invasion of privacy. I shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim arising out of any use, alteration, faulty reproduction, or use in any composite form of my name, picture, biographical information, voice or statements. Further, I understand that LANS reserves the right not to use any recording I provide for the Living with Wildfire public education project.. I am an adult (18 years or older) and I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this License and Release. I represent and warrant that I have the full right and authority to grant the rights set forth herein, and that no one else’s permission is required.
